SJA Global Services provides upholstery cleaning, sound equipment rentals, event support, and related services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

2. Bookings and Payments
Bookings must be confirmed in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment terms will be agreed upon before service delivery. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of services.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made within a reasonable time before the scheduled service. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the nature of the booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of SJA Global Services.

 

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that the service area is accessible and safe. For cleaning services, furniture should be ready for cleaning. For sound rentals, a suitable space and power supply must be available.

 

5. Liability
SJA Global Services will take all reasonable care while providing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unforeseen issues beyond our control. Clients are responsible for informing us of any special conditions before service.

 

6. Equipment Rental
All rented equipment remains the property of SJA Global Services. Clients are responsible for the proper use and safety of equipment during the rental period. Any loss or damage may result in additional charges.

 

7. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

 

8. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Changes to Terms
SJA Global Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
